Direct Care Workers will provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Responsibilities also involve engaging residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being while upholding their rights.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation to be considered for this role. Applicants must also be able to successfully pass a background test.

We are currently hiring full-time Direct Care Workers for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift for our homes in Genesee County. As a Direct Care Worker, you will engage in various activities that enhance the quality of life for those we support. This position requires dedication, empathy, and a caring heart!
