The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality coordinated care to patients in their homes, including conducting comprehensive health assessments and implementing individualized care plans. Responsibilities also include administering treatments, documenting patient progress, and coordinating with other healthcare providers.
Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted Florida RN license and have 1-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in home health or hospice. Additional requirements include CPR certification, a valid driver's license with insurance, and a Level 2 criminal background check.
