SUMMARY: We are hiring a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Mental Health Clinician / Crisis Clinician / Social Worker to provide mobile crisis intervention, behavioral health assessments, crisis counseling, and short-term stabilization services for children and families in community settings. This role functions as part of a Mobile Crisis Team / Crisis Response Team, delivering urgent, field-based mental health services including risk assessments, safety planning, and care coordination.
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide mobile crisis intervention and field-based mental health services Conduct psychiatric risk assessments and level-of-care evaluations Deliver crisis counseling, de-escalation, and short-term stabilization Perform behavioral health assessments for children, adolescents, and families Complete safety planning and crisis intervention documentation Provide case management and care coordination with community providers, schools, hospitals, and agencies Participate in Mobile Crisis Team / 24-7 on-call rotation Collaborate with behavioral health clinicians, social workers, schools, and community partners Maintain accurate and timely EHR clinical documentation Support trauma-informed care, crisis response, and behavioral health access initiatives
