• You’ll Do: Empower patients to engage in the activities that make life meaningful—whether that’s cooking, dressing, hobbies, or daily routines. Adapt environments and recommend equipment to make tasks easier and safer. Teach creative strategies to help patients reach their goals step by step. Partner with families and caregivers to provide guidance and encouragement. Track progress, celebrate successes, and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• For: Licensed Occupational Therapist (BS degree or higher). Someone with a positive spirit, strong clinical skills, and a heart for patient care. Experience with ADL/IADL assessments and treatment planning. Great communicator and team player who thrives in a supportive environment. A drive to keep learning and growing in your profession.
