Triage Visit Registered Nurse - Home Care
Hours
Part-time, Weekend Days - We are looking for an RN to be available every weekend or every other weekend to take calls and triage patients, but also be available to make a visit if there is a need to the patients home. You would work remotely and go on visits if/when applicable.
The general hours of this position would be 8:00am - 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday.
Training
We are looking for someone that would have availability during the weekdays,
Monday -
Friday, preferably from 8:00am - 5:00pm to train for a minimum of 2 days per week for approximately 2 - 6 weeks dependent upon availability.
Some functions of what you would do as an On Call Triage Visit RN
Will take calls per communication from the On Call Service and address them based on type of calls (i.e. Intake/Referrals, Scheduling, Patient Concern, etc.).
Provides telephone triage and makes patient visits, as appropriate.
Completes accurate and timely documentation of patient/family services provided.
Provides education/instructions to the patient/family in accordance with the plan of care.
Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with nursing standards of practice.

A few must haves for this position
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed to practice as an RN in the state of MN. License is active and in good standing.
Minimum of twelve (12) months of accumulated experience as a registered nurse within the last five (5) years.
Able to travel within a geographic area serviced by the office. Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance is required.
Current CPR Certification required.
