Summary The Research Grant & Regulatory Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support for clinical and translational research activities. Pay Range: $37,200.00 - $48,300.00 - $59,500.00 (min - mid - max) Job Duties: 35% - Grants Administration (Pre-Award) - Coordinate preparation and submission of grant proposals, including budget development, biosketches, and supporting documentation - Ensure applications comply with sponsor guidelines and institutional policies - Track proposal deadlines and manage submission timelines - Assist with award setup, account reconciliation, and financial monitoring - Support effort reporting and budget forecasting - Serve as liaison with central grants offices and sponsors 35% - Regulatory Compliance - Prepare and submit regulatory documents to the Institutional Review Board (IRB), including new studies, amendments, and continuing reviews - Maintain regulatory binders and ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready - Track IRB approval expirations and ensure timely renewals - Assist with compliance related to FDA, OHRP, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) requirements - Support audits, monitoring visits, and regulatory inspections 20% - Administrative & Operational Support - Develop and maintain tracking systems for grants and regulatory submissions - Generate reports on study status, submissions, and funding activity - Provide guidance to faculty and staff on processes and best practices - Participate in process improvement initiatives 10% - Other Duties as Assigned Additional
