Assists physicians with patient care, health education, and electronic medical record management within a memory disorders unit. Responsibilities include triaging patient inquiries, administering medications, and coordinating multidisciplinary healthcare services.
Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and approximately 2 or more years of related experience as a Registered Nurse. Must hold a current NY State RN license, BLS certification, and an Infection Control Certificate.

Under direction, assists physicians with patient care, health education/promotion, electronic medical record (EMR) chart management, coordination of patient care and clinical protocols as needed
Approximately 2 or more years of related work experience as a Registered Nurse.
Extensive experience as a Registered Nurse may be considered in lieu of the BSN.
