Assist providers with the examination and treatment of dermatology patients, including measuring vital signs and recording patient charts. Perform clinical and clerical duties such as managing supplies, answering phones, and transcribing patient orders.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a BLS provider certification. Must obtain a Medical Assistant credential from an approved body (NHA, AMCA, NAHP, NCCT, AAMA, or AMT) within 6 months of hire.

How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead the clinical flow by preparing exam rooms and prioritizing patient transitions to ensure a seamless, stress-free experience for both the provider and the patient. Capture the patient’s story by accurately measuring vital signs and interviewing patients to ensure the care team has a clear, real-time clinical picture before every consultation. Master clinical documentation by transcribing diagnoses, orders, and follow-up instructions into the patient record, ensuring the accuracy of the care journey from start to finish. Optimize the care environment by managing essential supplies and materials, ensuring the team is always equipped to provide uninterrupted patient care.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
