Your Impact & Responsibilities As a key member of our team, you will provide critical nursing oversight and personalized care that directly impacts patient recovery.
• Your role includes:
• Clinical
• Leadership: Utilize your experience to make independent clinical decisions and apply critical thinking to ensure optimal patient outcomes during the overnight shift.
• Rehabilitative
• Care: Deliver high-quality nursing services tailored to the specific recovery goals of each resident.

• Communication: Maintain precise documentation and facilitate effective hand-offs between the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families.

• Treatment: Accurately implement physician orders and clinical protocols to support the intensive rehabilitation process.

• Collaboration: Serve as a reliable team player, offering support to residents and fellow staff members.
• Qualifications
• Licensure: Current, valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license (Required).

Experience
