The therapist will provide specialized treatment and individual psychotherapy to clients using evidence-based approaches. They are responsible for building rapport and developing tailored treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree or higher in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy and possess a valid license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LCPC) in Idaho. A minimum of 2 years of experience in both social services and customer service is required.
The ideal therapist is a dedicated, compassionate, and empathetic individual with a genuine passion for helping others during difficult times. Must have excellent listening and communication skills, specialized treatment approaches, interpersonal skills, and zeal for reducing the stigma surrounding mental health. Able to work with our supportive team producing collaborative care.
The Therapist uses different therapy modalities to provide hope, help, and healing through the completion of treatment. At Highland Springs Specialty Clinic we promote a healthy work environment with realistic caseloads and sessions per week. HSSC is a commercial insurance and private pay clinic.
