• Responsibilities
• Include: Deliver direct and individualized patient care using evidence-based nursing practices Assess, monitor, and document symptoms, changes in patient conditions and progress Administer medications and treatments to patients safely and effectively Monitor patients for any reactions or side effects of medications/treatments Collaborate with providers and healthcare team members to Assess, plan, develop, evaluate and implement patient care plans Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and wellness strategies and disease prevention Respond quickly and confidently in a fast-paced clinical environment Maintain accurate, detailed and timely medical documentation Support patients through examinations, treatments, procedures, and recovery
