The Treatment Coordinator provides individual, group, and family mental health services to youth and families within the community. They coordinate clinical services, monitor youth-based plans, and support family reunification and stabilization efforts.
A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work is required, with an LSW license and two years of direct service experience preferred. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work flexible hours.
