Provide meaningful one-on-one patient care in the home setting as a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This role involves flexible 12-hour shifts, including day and overnight options, throughout Westchester County.
Candidates must possess at least one year of recent LPN experience, preferably in acute care, and hold an active NYS LPN license along with current BLS certification. Additional requirements include recent physical, PPD/QuantiFERON, and potentially MMR documentation.
