• Description: Aseptic technique is utilized in IV admixture preparation using appropriate needles, sets, and equipment. Functions requiring conversion or calculation are completed accurately and timely. Floor stock replacement of IV sets and solutions is accomplished on the morning rounds. Communicated with pharmacists and other associates to ensure timely and complete deliveries. 5601 N Dixie Highway Oakland Park Full Time Retail Location Position Purpose As a Pharmacy Technician you will work in a collaborative environment to deliver excellent patient care under the direction of a licensed clinical professional in a clinic or practice environment. A Pharmacy Technician usually spends the day on their feet finding medications, counting, calculating, packaging, and labeling prescriptions.
• What you will do: Assists pharmacists in filling, labeling, and dispensing prescriptions, while managing inventory and providing customer service

Minimum Qualifications

Must have National Pharmacy Technician Certification or in Lieu of this Certification a Licensed Pharmacist Intern is required. Must be registered with the State of FL as a Pharmacy Technician High school diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum of two (2) years additional education and/or experience.
