Position Overview We are seeking full-time RNs and LPNs to provide high-quality, resident-centered care and support our nursing team. This position offers professional growth, meaningful work, and a supportive environment.
- What You'll Do
- Provide and oversee high-quality nursing care for residents
- Administer medications, treatments, and assessments according to care plans
- Collaborate closely with CNAs, other nurses, and leadership to ensure excellent outcomes
- Foster dignity, comfort, and independence for every resident
- Mentor and support junior nursing staff, promoting a positive team culture
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards
- Physical Requirements
- Lift, push, and pull residents, equipment, and supplies (up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs regularly)
- Frequently bend, stoop, twist, and reach above shoulders and below the waist
- Remain active and on your feet for extended periods
- See and hear well enough to perform assessments, medication administration, and care tasks
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN licensure in [State]
