Conduct individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices to support patients with substance use disorders. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and manage patient caseloads and discharge planning.
Candidates must hold a High School Diploma/GED and CADC-R for Tier 1, a Bachelor's degree and CADC/CADC I for Tier 2, or a Master's degree and specific licensure (LMFT, LCAS, LMSW, LPC, LSW) for Tier 3. Professional certification in addiction counseling is required across all tiers.

· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
· Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
· Contribute to the overall success of the treatment center through participation in team meetings and professional development activities.
· Develop the patient discharge/continuum of care plan to ensure movement to the appropriate levels of care.
· Maintain patient caseload (including all case management and utilization review updates, treatment planning duties, and clinical charting as required).
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: · Tier 1 Counselor (min requirements for consideration)
