Evaluate and implement individualized treatment programs for residents in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting. Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to help patients recover mobility and independence.
Must hold an active Physical Therapist license in California and be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care is preferred.
As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for residents in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting. You’ll play a key role in helping patients recover from injury, surgery, or illness while maximizing their mobility and independence.
