TUL - TULSA, OK 74133Iris Memory Care of Tulsa is looking for caregivers (CNAs). If you love memory care and have a heart for seniors, we'd love to meet you! We are a small, freestanding memory care assisted living community conveniently located off of the Creek Turnpike at E 101st and Mingo. We have a small campus with a total of 54 residents split between three buildings. As a community focused on memory care, all of our residents are coping with Alzheimer's or other form of dementia. We are an age-in-place community, so you will care for residents all throughout the spectrum of the disease. Rate of pay for CNAs starts at $16 per hour - $17 per hour. Rate of pay is negotiable based upon experience. Priority will be given to candidates who have worked in memory care before.
Responsibilities: Responsible for providing Resident services and other duties as assigned. Duties include personal services, activities of daily living, housekeeping, laundry, social-recreational activities, life enrichment, meal services, and other tasks as needed for Resident care and service delivery.

Qualifications: Must be an active on the OK Nurse Aide Registry as a certified nursing assistant. Minimum one year experience in working with older adults as a personal care assistant preferred. Twelve (12) plus years of education preferred. High school diploma or GED required. At least 18 years old, or older if required per the state regulations. Experience with dementia residents preferred. Meet continuing education requirements and certifications on job classification and position, including state requirements. Ability/willingness to perform all position responsibilities adequately.
