Requires an active Michigan CNA license or HHA certification and at least 3 years of verifiable home or senior care experience. Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to use mobile documentation systems.
Description Care Plan Inc. is seeking experienced and dependable caregivers to join our growing home care team serving Wayne, Macomb, and Washtenaw Counties.
We are currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for in-home care assignments throughout Southfield, Farmington, West Detroit, Downriver, and surrounding communities.
This position is ideal for caregivers who are professional, reliable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently in client homes.

Qualifications & Requirements: Active Michigan CNA License or HHA Certification Required Minimum 3 Years of Verifiable Experience in Home Care and/or Senior Care Experience in private duty home care, assisted living, or long-term care preferred Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation Required Ability to travel within assigned service areas Professional communication and documentation skills Comfortable using mobile applications and electronic documentation systems Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability required Ability to work independently in client homes Compassionate, respectful, and professional attitude Must pass background and reference checks
