The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with various disabilities, focusing specifically on neurological diagnoses. They will develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient functional independence.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a current State of Connecticut license. Previous professional experience and the ability to communicate clinical procedures to families are required.
