Perform and report results of defined laboratory procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Manage specimen prioritization, quality control, and routine instrument maintenance.
Requires an Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent military training. National certification must be obtained within six months of hire.
Utilizes laboratory skills to perform and report results of clearly defined laboratory procedures assuring optimal patient outcomes. Responsible for assigned shifts and subject to overtime and call back as required. Performs other duties as assigned.
