Provide high-quality patient care through in-person and telehealth visits, focusing on chronic disease management and preventative care. Support the organization by covering clinician absences, managing electronic inboxes, and assisting with the onboarding of new clinicians.
Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience and national certification as an NP or PA. Candidates must hold or be eligible for an Arizona License and DEA, and a Level One Fingerprint Clearance card is required.
