How you’ll contribute

A OR Surgical Technician who excels in this role

• Facilitates the safe and efficient performance of surgical procedures.
• Reports to the Director of Surgery/OR.
• Patient
• Populations
• Served: Neonate, Infant, Early Childhood, Late Childhood, Adolescent, Young Adult, Middle Adult, Older Adult.
• Protected
• Health
• Information
• Accessed: Demographic, Clinical, Insurance, Financial, Complete Medical Record.
• Exposure: Occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens is present.
• Physical
• Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, lifting/moving patients, and repetitive hand/arm movements. Regular exposure to biological and chemical hazards, including blood and bodily fluids, hazardous medications, and latex.

What we're looking for

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.

Minimum of 6 months prior experience in another facility.

Schedule: PRN
