This means leading with hope, respect, and empowerment to help clients feel connected and supported. You’ll use positive, recovery-focused language in both your written notes and your daily conversations with clients. You’ll act as a bridge, linking clients to vital resources like housing and substance use treatment. You’ll work closely with your teammates and the client’s own support network to create the best possible outcomes. We’re in this together.
