Perform a full range of laboratory tests and analyses in areas such as hematology and microbiology to assist in disease diagnosis and treatment. Operate and maintain specialized laboratory equipment while ensuring safety and infection control practices.
Requires an Associate's degree in Laboratory Science or Medical Laboratory Technology. Candidates must be eligible for certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician by a recognized agency.
To perform a full range of laboratory tests, procedures, experiments, and analyses for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease. To compile specific, technical, statistical and/or numerical data.
Education & Experience Associate's degree in a Laboratory Science or Medical Laboratory Technology and eligibility for certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician by a recognized certifying agency.
