The Caregiver provides assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) while adhering to infection control and care standards. Responsibilities include providing companionship, engaging residents in social activities, and collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality care.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Washington State CNA, NAR, or HCA license. Additional requirements include CPR/First Aid certification and the ability to obtain a Food Worker Card and dementia specialty training.

The Primary purpose of the Caregiver is to provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADL’s) while adhering to proper standards of care and infection control procedures. The caregiver will also ensure to provide care in a manner consistent with Bainbridge Senior Living’s mission.

All benefits and wages offered are reviewed annually and are based on employment status of 30 hours or more per week.
