Full-time positions available from 7a-3p, 3p-11p, part-time for 11-7, POOL plus extra shift differential

POOL rates are 23.50-25.50

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and document residents’ health status and report any changes to nursing staff
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assist with feeding residents and ensure their nutritional needs are met
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols

Requirements

• Skills and Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) from an accredited program
• Current state certification/license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle physical demands of the role, including lifting and assisting residents
