The Memory Care Aide assists residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility while providing emotional support. They also monitor resident conditions, document behaviors, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure personalized care.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and hold a Direct Care Worker Certificate or active CNA certification in Pennsylvania. Prior experience in memory or senior care is preferred, along with strong communication skills and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Memory Care Aides to join our team and provide exceptional support to residents with memory impairments.
