Deliver individualized comprehensive care to inpatient and outpatient patients to maintain their optimal level of independence and functioning. Establish plans of care addressing physical, social, and emotional concerns using innovative treatment techniques and real-life simulation.
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA accredited school and at least 6 months of experience. Must hold an Arizona State Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners license, NBCOT certification, and BLS certification.
Must have a Bachelor of Science (BS) or Master of Science (MS) degree in Occupational Therapy from an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
