$32 - $35 / HOUR
Provide crisis stabilization, intakes, and ongoing evaluations for patients within a correctional behavioral health unit. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team to coordinate care, perform risk assessments, and implement discharge planning.
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and pass a satisfactory background investigation. Preference is given to candidates with two years of social work experience in a public or private agency.

BACHELOR'S LEVEL SOCIAL WORKER (BSW) POSITION SUMMARY The Mental Health Professional will work as part of a multidisciplinary team with all other disciplines on the Behavioral Health Unit to provide a proactive and collaborative approach in serving the patient population.
