Provides collaborative care management in an outpatient setting by coordinating between primary care providers and psychiatrists. Responsibilities include tracking patients, providing treatment recommendations, and offering brief evidence-based psychotherapy.
Requires a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work. Candidates must hold a professional license as an Associate LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT.
