Overview

• As a Hospice RN you will have flexibility in providing skilled complex care to the hospice patient and family in the community.
• The RN will work collectively with members of the interdisciplinary team to facilitate and oversee a care plan and symptom management needs in the home environment.

• At least two years of experience in an acute care facility or home care agency.
• Must possess a valid NC driver's license.
• National Certification (CHPN) recommended after completion of at least two years of full-time experience as an RN in a hospice nursing practice.
