Provide physical therapy treatments to residents to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence under the direction of a Physical Therapist. Document resident progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary nursing and therapy teams.
Must possess a current Ohio PTA license and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a skilled nursing environment is preferred but not required.
