The pharmacist is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and dispensing medication orders while providing clinical pharmacy services and pharmacokinetic monitoring. They also oversee compounding activities and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to optimize patient medication regimens.
Requires a pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school and a current Missouri Pharmacist license. At least one year of hospital pharmacy experience is required, with a PharmD and BCPP certification preferred.
