Provide comprehensive care for critically ill newborns and infants in a Level IV NICU, managing medical and surgical complexities from admission to discharge. Collaborate within a patient-and family-centered care model to deliver advanced diagnostic and therapeutic services.
Requires a valid Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin or a compact state and current CPR/BLS certification. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and relevant RN experience are preferred, with NRP certification required within six months.
60% FTE, evening/night shifts including every other weekend with a holiday rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison, WI. This position is part of a NICU expansion and multiple positions are available.
