The role is responsible for performing pre-operative nursing assessments for Interventional patients under the direction of the CVIR Manager. This includes coordinating the pre-operative process, such as diagnostic testing and scheduling, and communicating findings to relevant personnel.
Candidates must possess a Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts and current American Heart Association BLS certification, with 3-5 years of required experience in the Peri-operative nursing process. A nursing diploma/certificate is required, though a Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred, and experience cannot substitute for the degree.
