Must Have

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

🧍‍♂️ 1. Patient Evaluation & Assessment

Conduct initial evaluations of patients with injuries or movement disorders Assess strength, flexibility, posture, gait, and range of motion Review medical history and physician referrals Set measurable treatment goals

🏃‍♀️ 2. Treatment Planning & Therapy

Develop individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on manual therapy (joint mobilization, soft tissue work) Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and stretching programs Use modalities like ultrasound, electrical stimulation, heat/cold therapy

🧠 3. Patient Education

Teach proper posture, ergonomics, and body mechanics Instruct patients on home exercise programs (HEP) Educate on injury prevention and recovery techniques

📊 4. Progress Monitoring & Documentation

Track patient progress and outcomes Modify treatment plans based on improvement or setbacks Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems

🏥 5. Specialization-Based Care

Treat conditions like sports injuries, back/neck pain, arthritis, and post-operative rehab Provide rehabilitation for orthopedic and neurological conditions Support return-to-work or return-to-sport programs

🤝 6. Collaboration & Communication

Communicate with referring physicians and healthcare providers Coordinate care plans and progress updates Work with clinic staff for scheduling and patient flow

💼 7. Clinic Operations & Patient Management

Manage daily patient caseload efficiently Ensure proper use and maintenance of therapy equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment

⚠️ 8. Compliance & Safety

Follow clinic policies and healthcare regulations Ensure patient safety during exercises and treatments Maintain infection control standards
