Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Remote – Maryland Licensed Only) 📍 Location: Fully Remote (Must hold active Maryland license) 🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | Preferred Hours: Weekdays 2 PM–9 PM | Weekend availability is a plus! We’re growing our Maryland team and seeking dedicated full-time licensed therapists ready to build a long-term career while making a lasting impact. 💰 Compensation $65 per billable hour — LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT (independently licensed)

$45 per billable hour — LMSW, LGPC (requires supervision; limited openings available)

Target caseload: 25–36 sessions per week

Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments

Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans

Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and peer clinicians

Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR

Support families with education and care coordination
