Provide physical therapy services through mobile home visits to patients in the Greater Phoenix area. Manage a caseload in Central or Southern Phoenix with a flexible schedule.
Candidates must be eligible for Arizona state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant and have at least one year of experience. A minimum availability of six patient visits per week is required.
