We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide support for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in the Philadelphia area.

Job Responsibilities

Provide direct care and supervision to individuals with IDD Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed Support community participation and social engagement Maintain a safe, positive, and respectful environment Follow individualized care plans and document services provided Communicate effectively with team members and family/support staff

Requirements

Experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD) required Valid Driver’s License required Reliable transportation preferred Ability to pass background checks and clearances Strong communication and caregiving skills Dependable, patient, and professional attitude

Preferred Qualifications
