- Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary and acute care to patients in a nursing home setting. Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. Qualifications
Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Licensure
Active New York State Medical License (Required).
Certification
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
