The role involves conducting biopsychosocial assessments and leading group sessions to support patients overcoming addiction and mental health challenges. Additionally, the staff provides clinical documentation and assists primary therapists and case managers with treatment and discharge planning.
A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related Human Services field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Candidates must be familiar with Joint Commission Standards and state/federal confidentiality regulations.
