Perform intake and daily assessments while monitoring withdrawal symptoms for clients in detox and stabilization. Administer medications, coordinate with clinical teams, and manage hospital transfers and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
Must hold an active Wisconsin RN or LPN license and possess CPR/First Aid certification. Strong documentation skills and a team-oriented approach are required.
