The Phlebotomist is responsible for drawing blood, properly labeling specimens, and ensuring timely delivery to the laboratory. They also perform waived lab tests and provide excellent patient service and information.
A phlebotomy certification and BLS certification within 30 days of hire are preferred or required. At least one year of experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
