Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes based on physician orders and individualized care plans. Work under the direction of the Executive/Regional Director to improve patients' overall health and quality of life.
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with the ability to provide compassionate care. Must be capable of serving multiple counties including Lincoln, Copiah, and Adams.
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team centrally located in Brookhaven and serving Lincoln, Copiah, Franklin, Amite, Wilikinson, Adams, Lawrence, and Jeff Davis Counties. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans. This position is carried out under the direction and supervision of the Executive/Regional Director and plays a critical role in enhancing patients' overall health, comfort, and quality of life.
