Provide top-quality care to residents by assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, eating, and mobility. Monitor and record patient intake/output and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff.
Candidates must have a CNA certification or be willing to obtain one through company-paid training. Strong communication skills and knowledge of long-term care laws and nursing practices are required.
Answer residents' call lights to determine needs Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed Provide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercising Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive appropriate diet Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff
