• Range: $22.50 - $22.50 Hourly Self-Direction DSP - Syracuse Area (Job #SSMC-FW) ARISE/EFR is seeking staff to work every other Saturday and Sunday morning in the Syracuse (east) area with a young woman who has a developmental and physical disability. She is looking for dedicated support staff to provide respite and personal care. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient and enthusiastic. Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities a plus. Background check, fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the non-profit agency.

Schedule

• Every other weekend/Saturday and
• Sunday: 6:30am-10:00am
• Pay rate: $22.50/hour ARISE/EFR is an Equal Opportunity Employer Qualifications Must have a valid drivers license Effective communication and organizational skills required. Flexibility with assignments and schedule required. Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time. Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred. Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy.
