Perform age-appropriate patient assessments and establish comprehensive plans of care. Educate patients and families on treatment, safety, and home management while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team for discharge planning.
Requires a bachelor's degree from a Physical Therapist program and a valid Texas Physical Therapy license. BCLS certification is required prior to independent patient care, and acute care experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome.
