Provide comprehensive mental health care including assessments, diagnosis, and therapy for individuals, families, and groups. Collaborate with professionals and families to implement individualized treatment plans and ensure patient safety.
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy with a clinical focus. Candidates must have at least 2 years of post-graduate experience and a valid clinical license (LISW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
Conduct psychosocial and diagnostic assessments; diagnose per DSM standards. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy, including crisis intervention. Utilize evidence-based practices and make referrals as needed. Engage collateral sources (family, friends, agencies) to support treatment. Deliver culturally and linguistically appropriate care. May perform Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or court-related evaluations. Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with treatment goals.
Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy with a clinical/mental health focus.
Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience. One year of experience with the site’s specific population preferred.
