Administer physical therapy treatments and modalities based on plans established by a Licensed Physical Therapist. Document patient progress using SOAP format and monitor patient status to report changes to the supervising therapist.
Requires successful completion of a two-year Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution. Must hold a current West Virginia Physical Therapy Assistant License and maintain CPR certification.
Rivers Health is seeking a full-time PTA - Physical Therapy Assistant.
Administering treatments set up by Licensed Physical Therapist, documentation of patient’s status and progress and ongoing monitoring and reporting to the therapist any change in patient’s status.
